Hey, I'm new. Feeling old and tired since they stuck me on night shift. Stupid economy. Trying to feel more awake, more energetic.

    Welcome to the site, I hope you get through the shift, I know what that is about, I too work a late shift. How much weight do you want to lose, I have 70 pounds left. Try to have a good shift, it will pass soon.:laugh:

    Good luck to you! Just working the late shift can play havoc with your metabolism so be really careful - make sure you get some exercise! Losing weight is a commitment to lifestyle change and mental changes if you want to get slim and stay that way forever!

    Welcome, I have been doing the night shift for 8 years so I can feel your pain, except I like and prefer it, LOL. This is a great site.
