Today is the day I have been using my fitness pal for one whole year! I started in febuary 2012 doing a national weighloss challenge which went for 12 weeks called the 1 million kilo challenge in Australia. After the challenge I went on using my fitness pal, and doing cardio workouts at home using my dvds and going to a dance fitness class in my local community.
My stats
Height: 5"9 (178cm)
Age:34 years old
Starting weight
Weight:193 pounds (87.7 kilos)
Goal Weight was 154 pounds (70kilos)
I got to one year today 147 pounds (67kilos).
I have 3 beautiful children, that i want to run around with and be healthy. I started when my youngest was 2 and a half years.
I still have tummy flab that i cant seem to get rid of,(if anyone has any tips let me know), but im very very happy with my result.
I really would like to thankyou you all here on my friends list and this community for your super encouragment when i log in daily.
