Best time to workout

I was wondering if there is a certain time that is better to work out, Morning - Afternoon - Evening?
I work out sometime through out the day. I get up take my pills and have my coffee. Then prepare my breakfast and eat. Then I will do some light housework. Sometimes I work out around 10 am, and then other times I work out around noon or 1. Should I be working out in the mroning right after breakfast or is working out at anytime ok? I mean I am doing the workout regardless of the time so that is a good thing.
Any suggestions that can help would be greatly appreciated. Going to start using the JM 30 day Shred today after I hook up the new DVD player.. Good Luck to everyone out there!!!

I use Rosemary Conley DVDs as each workout is around 20 mins. I have my morning cuppa and do one section, then when I get in from work I do another before a nice bath, then start cooking. Its worked for me so far.....0

Whenever suits you is best. Otherwise it becomes an inconvenient chore which does get missed!!0

I have worked out in the morning all my life. It is the best way for me to start my day and it works for me. The important thing is that you are working out. Find the time that is right for you so that you will continue to do it. That is the key to staying fit.0

Whatever time is best for you as long as you keep doing it!
A lot of people say the morning is best but I can tell you from my experience anyway, that's not true for everyone. I used to force myself to go to the gym in the morning but after going a couple afternoons, I noticed that I could get a much better workout in and therefore burn more calories. My body and mind are just not awake enough that early, especially in the winter months.0 -
When you can.
And when you will. I "CAN" workout in the evenings, but I know that by the time I get home from work, make dinner, eat, do whatever school work that I need caught up on, I am NEVER going to workout. That being said, I also CAN workout in the mornings, and I do... bc it's the only time I will make myself do it.0 -
The best time to workout is whatever time fits your life so you will actually do it (and keep doing it).0

Thanks for all the replies. I have a routine set up for when I get up, Pills, Coffee & Breakfast, and then household chores, and then my snack. Then after that I usually work out. The time may vary when I get to the work out but I always find sometime in my day to get my workouts in whether it is the same time or not everyday. I try to do some kind of work out everyday to make sure I am getting fit and healthy.0
