Anyone 5ft around 190 have before and after pics they would like to share. The pics always keep me motivated but i think more motivation would come from those who are my size, height etc.

    I am 5'2 and only have before pics at 195....which no one wants to see ..ha. I just started this last week so I will post before and after pics down the road. Good luck!

    I am 5ft .75inches. I always round to 5ft 1inch...
    I have a before and during picture. No after... yet

    Anyways the left pic is 206.6
    and the right is 169ish
