Confused about something

I have read lots and lots of Q&As on here but one thing I'm not sure.
I've decided to eat back my exercise calories (or at least some of them) for the healthiest weight loss. MFP has my calories at 1250 (I have 100 to lose). I put my activity level at sedentary but where it asked about exercise I plan to do I put 7 days a week, 30 minutes a day. Is MFP already including those planned work-outs and the calories I'll burn in my calorie count? Or do I still put them in as exercise and eat some of those burned calories?

If your activity is set at sedentary, MFP is not including ANYTHING you do in your daily goal. You should definitely eat back most of your exercise calories.
Also, you need to take 1-2 rest days a week. Your body needs the rest - if you exercise 7 days a week, you will get burnt out and potentially risk injury.0 -

I absolutely agree. REST is just as important as working out. A strenuous workout especially needs rest so you muscles can recoup and you'll be stronger the next go round. If you stress your body too much, it'll stop burning and go into protection mode.0 -
After you exercise, put in what you did. You'll get the information about how many calories you burned so you know what you can add calorie wise to your diet. Good luck!!0

I should also add that I'm not exercising too strenuously yet.... It's more like physical activity (in the form of cardio) at this point that brings me to a sweat. And I only do strength exercises every 2nd day. But I definitely plan to take breaks as I progress it's just trying to get myself to push a little further at this point.
But thank you all! This is what I had assumed and had been counting on (I prefer to eat 1300-1400 calories a day) but then last night as I was trying to sleep I got all paranoid! lol0
