Newcomer!

Hi all, I am new to this so not 100% sure as to how it works on MFP. All I do know is that I have finally admitted I need to lose weight and need help in doing it. I have a target of 56lb to lose. HELP! :)

    It was soooo hard to admit it but really is the first step to a healthier happier me. I usually put on a confident front for people but deep down I know something has to be done. Looking forward to getting started now :)

    Baby steps! Sometimes that's the best way to get started. If you don't exercise start walking after dinner a few nights a week and work up to more. Cut one thing out from your diet at a time! You can do it if you are ready for the change.
