Ladies.
I have just started my weight lifting routine & do 90% of it from home. I am curious how much weight you started lifting & how much you lift now.
Of course, any tips or suggestions are VERY much welcome!!

Just keep going!
I started squatting 40lbs and now 9 months later I can rep 100lbs. I could probably do more but I do not have a spotter. I started curling the 5lb dumbbells and really struggle and now I'm up to 15 but prefer 12 for reps at the moment.
Keep it going. Set some goals and be amazed when you reach them.0 -

Currently:
Bench press: 115lbs x 10 (or 125lbs x 5)
Squat: 135lbs x 10 (or 155lbs x 5)
Romanian Deadlift: 155lbs x 10 (or 175lbs x 5)
One-arm dumbbell row: 65 lbs x 50 -
thanks ladies! I'm pretty excited about lifting.0
