My First Time Sharing!..

Ive only been working out and dieting one month.. However in that month I can tell a difference!.This is my first time posting.. :)

*I hope my photos work!..:/ and they are so big... k.. so what you're are seeing is the top ones were took on Jan. 3rd 2013. I weighed 156 lbs.. The bottom two were taking today (Jan. 28th 2013) at 148 lbs.. In 25 days I lost 8 pounds, by making healthier food choices, no fast food, no soda, and going to the gym. :)

    Can anyone tell me what is the easiest way to share pictures on here from my Ipod? I am still trying to learn to use it and I can post pictures to facebook but I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance. (Believe it or not, there are a few of us "older" people that are not quite as tech savvy as our children) :wink:
