Thanks everyone. I couldn't tell myself until I started comparing each feature like my face, legs, etc and finally I realized 40lbs made a difference. Another 97 to go!0

Thank you everyone. I do feel pretty amazing and I can walk more than I could before and after a long run, I can RUN (yes, run) up my stairs to my house! I could never do that when I was heavy!0

Excellent milestone - congrats! The guys on Fat 2 Fit Radio get you to think of 5 lbs as a loaf of bread. Imagine that spread out all over your body. You've lost 8 loaves of bread from off your frame. It shows!! So proud of you - keep going!0
