Hello, I am very new to not eating red meat, pork, poultry. I was debating if Ishould be a full vegetarian, but Iam kind of worried about a b12 deficiency. I also love seafood..so I feel a vegetarian diet supplemented with seafood would best suit me. So I should be getting enough b12 from eating seafood right? I don't know that it would be every day, but probably a few times a week. Thanks for any tips/info

how much fish do you eat? and yes, fish has a lot of B12, so you should be fine. additionally, check out something called Nutritional Yeast - it's a vegetarian friendly source of B12 as well.0

It would probably be a 4-6oz serving maybe 2x a week? I will also be ordering clams from the chinese place since Iread those are highest in b12.0

shellfish and mollusks in general are a great choice for B12 and other vitamins. sounds good to me.
