Squats and squats and squats and squats. Barbell ATG (*kitten* to ground) squats. I have no cellulite left on my thighs or butt.

Sometimes as the fat cells shrink it takes away the dimpled look and having nice muscle definition so the skin is tight really helps but you really can't make it go away. It's always there just waiting for you to gain weight so it can show again.

Heavy weight lifting got rid of my hail damage.

I have less now at 40 and 135 pounds than I did as a skinny 110 pound 18 year old.

Thank you for the responses! I am just slowly getting back into all of this after three years. I just see it all and it really annoys me. Plus makes me uncomfortable in a swim suit.

"Cellulite is the accumulation of fats, proteins and other waste products that have not been excreted from the body efficiently. Normally these unwanted substances would be carried out of the body via the wonderful lymphatic system, however, when the flow of lymph is sluggish, a build up of toxins occurs and cellulite results!"

What about your lifestyle, have you thought about why you have the cellulite in the first place?
Other than exercise which you obviously committed to what about diet and lifestyle?

Water, helps flush the lymphatic system are you having atleast 8 cups a day?

Diet, are your micros working for you?
What are your sodium & fiber levels?
    Are you eating junk food?

Fiber helps keep you regular, removing toxins.
You need to eat nourishing foods free from toxins, because it doesn't matter what size you are, a build up of toxins can cause 'hail damage'!

I personally use organic skin care products that do not contain chemicals, preservatives, parabens and/or artificial ingredients.

    Do you smoke?

You need to eliminate toxins inside & out!

Focus on these things and you won't need to be concerned with spot reducing, which is generally ineffective.
However squats seemingly is the answer to all of our worries, and I am their no#1 fan!

    no. this is not true.

cellulite is just excess fat in the parts of your body where fat accumulates, pushing against the connective tissue of the skin.

want to fight it? build up your muscles and decrease your overall body fat.
