Hello my name is Kimber and I would like to join this group. I myself have over 100 pounds to loose and it seems like a mountaing to climb at the moment. Any suggesgtions on how best to get started would be greatly appreciated.

I take it one day at a time.
I feel like I am getting no where, but when I look at my progress, man, I feel amazing!
Just keep going and take it one day at a time, You will accomplish your goal before you know it!0 -
I also have around 150lbs to lose (well only around 130 now!) I've found what helps is to set smaller goals for yourself and focus on those first.
Initially I had my weight loss ticker set so it showed i needed to lose 150lbs, but I changed it to 31lbs(my first goal) after a while and it really motivates me more to see that little frog moving further down the line.0
