Best home exercises for a woman?

I don't have the money let alone the time right now to get a gym membership since I just gave birth a month ago.
I need at home exercises to work my back, my upper arms, my thighs and my abs. I am trying to lose 100 pounds and I have 92 more to go. I just really need to get active, I need inspiration and I need ideas.
I have 3 pound weights and 25 pound weights. I hate my back and upper arm fat... I just really need to lose it from those two places at home. I am all in so, I will do anything but, I don't have time at all to hit the gym!

Thanks a lot for any answers that I get.

Get a copy of "You are your own gym" and start with that. It's a full body strength program that requires no special equipment.

For cardio, start with walking. You can adjust the intensity of your cardio when you feel inclined. (heh, pun intended) You will go a long ways with these two things. Promise.

Insanity, 30-45 mins 4-5 times a week along with a sensible meal plan will work well.

I had to find a workout that I could do at home too (I have 3 kids 3 and under). I HATE working out so for me to say I LOVE my new workout it saying a lot. I bought some Turbo Jam DVDs off ebay and I totally love them and they are working great. I have lost 10lbs in 3 weeks and I still have 60 more to go. I highly recommend Chalene Johnson's workouts.

Ditto on body weight exercises - see abbyrae1's post and also google "body weight exercises". There are also sit-ups, push-ups, punches, kicks, leg lifts.... For any weight bearing exercises, instead of buying hand weights, just get a couple gallon jugs and fill them up. Full of water, they'll weight about 8 pounds each but of course you can always fill them half way to start if that's too much weight. Use these for bicep curls, shoulder presses, front/side arm lifts, chest presses, etc And as you advance with the squats and lunges, hold them in each hand to add intensity. Walk/run up and down stairs.

And of course you can put the baby in a stroller and go for a walk when it's nice out. :)
