Boxercise...

Hi all,
So I've been looking into different workouts and I keep coming across boxercise. I was just wondering whether it's suitable for someone who's not all that fit? I've started working out at home with JM's 30DS, but I didn't know if it would be more or less intense than that.
Anyway, any hints, tips or advice on how good Boxercise is would be appreciated!
Thanks all!
