We're in the same boat -same weight, same fitness goals, same measurements. I haven't seen the 130's since my early college years, and I'm 36. I like to stay in the 145- low 150s range. I carry a lot of muscle, so I have to remember not to get discouraged by the scale.0

Good to know there's someone out there like me then! haha. I like to stay in the 125-130 area, thats when i look healthy. anything below 125 i look sick. We should def keep in touch with our goals/progress!0 -
I measured myself with my boyfriends help my chest and bust were off a bit. Bust is 36 and chest is 32.0

I currently wear mostly sizes 6 and 8 (US sizes).
I don't have a goal weight, necessarily. I want to get down to around 16% body fat (the high end of female athletes). I found an online calculator that uses current and goal body fat percentages to determine goal weight, and that for me was around 125 pounds.0 -
Just a question, what are your measurements? I dont know if im considered chubby or not? my measurements were taken by a normal tape measure not the cloth so might be off. But waist-32 hips-41 chest-30 bust-34 I am 24 5'5 and 148 lbs,
dont know what "normals" measurements are and i am just trying to compare myself with other, thanks!
Interesting that my measurements are smaller than yours but I weigh 163!

I'm English and wear either size 12 (US8) or 14 (US 10). I bought some Abercrombie and Fitch size 8 trousers on holiday in the US in 2003 and they are loose on me!0 -

Your taller than me, so thats why my measurements are larger than yours. My thighs are 24.5 each.0 -
Last time I measured 2 weeks ago, my measurements were 38-30-39. At the moment I weigh 167 and I am 5'6.0
