    Ft Smith is about as close as you can be without be in Oklahoma. I actually go to ft smith a lot for work. Not a bad town

    Hi, I'm from Sacramento, my goal is 30 pounds to lose just taking one day at a time. I finally realized its my turn to start taking care of me and not the family, I let myself go not caring what I look like and I took a hard look at myself and could not stand to look at myself much less anyone else.
