I've been doing the 30 Day Shred and towards the second half of the workout, my arches are practically screaming with pain. I wear a size 13 and wear mens shoes, since I have no idea where to find womens. I am so flat footed. Any suggestions or possible fixes for this?

Im flat footed. I have heel raises and orthotics. You may need to see a foot doctor.....

Hate to say it but you probably have plantar fasciitis...very painful...do not let it get any worse...treat it now! Hope it gets better!

Plantar fasciitis. I feel your pain, athough I have the opposite problem - my arches are too high.

I get this when my shoes are worn. Look at the heels and make sure they aren't worn irregularly. I had to go to a foot doctor and get some inserts. Once the pain went away, as long as I wear decent shoes I'm fine. As soon as it starts to hurt, I change shoes.

    Soaking helps.

Stand on the stairs with your goes in the run and your heels hanging over the edge. Stretch your heel DOWN then up. And soak it. Anti-inflammatories help.
