13 months and 60 pounds down and hip surgery......

2 1/2 years ago I weighed 210 lbs.

I decided to start losing weight, lost 30 pounds, then got hit by a car.

Busted my collarbone and my femur

Got some hardware thrown in via hip surgery

Blew up to 225 pounds while recovering over the next year after the accident.

I was BORDERLINE obese before, but now I was firmly into the "obese" category.

I had a new mission, lose the weight again, if I could get back to 180 I was going to be happy.
In 7 months I lost 50 pounds. I then just enjoyed the new weight for a while.
A month ago I got back on the weight loss and lost almost 10 more pounds, and I am almost at goal weight!!

If I can do it after what I went through ANYONE who wants it enough can!!!!

    Damn Straight!

Excuses are for those who would rather keep being average, but comfortable rather than those who want to succeed! :p
