Hi everyone!
So I started Insanity about a month ago but I changed programs because I felt like for all the work I was putting in, I wasn't seeing results. I lost 3 pounds in a month, even with good eating! I started Turbo Fire again yesterday because I had better results with the program when I began it originally sometime last year. I am hoping to lose most of my weight with Turbo Fire within the next 3 months. My goal weight is 130 and I am starting out at 150, so about 20 pounds to lose. My question is, once I finish Turbo Fire what should I move on to? My goal then will be to get tone and lean! My three choices are P90X (or P90X2, don't really know the difference), Les Mills Pump, or Les Mills Combat. Any insight would be much appreciated and if you have results from any of the programs please feel free to share!
Thanks for your help!

Anyone?0 -
I'm not familiar with all of those work out programs but what about trying a Tae Kwon Do class or Krav M'ga (israeli street fighting type mma can't spell it but really liked it even as a total amateur) a lot of martial arts classes incorporate interval type training as they teach techniques and can be a great work-out. Some of my friends have done Insanity and Asylum work out dvds and gotten good results. Whatever you choose good luck with your fitness goals and new challenges0
