No idea if this fits your bill, but I found this here last night and tried it then and there. Worked really well.
1/2 cup (60g) oats, I used Scots.
1 very mashed banana
Add your own extras, several others on the thread had tried raisins, cinnamon etc so feel free to experiment.
I divided my mix into 4 cookie shaped blobs.
Put on a greaseproof paper lined tray then in the oven at 180 degrees C (350 F)
I left them for about 18 mins, they were beginning to brown.
Use a palatte knife to get them off the paper after they've cooled a bit.
Easiest thing I've ever cooked!
83 cals each, could make them smaller, but raisins would take the count back up a bit.
Very chewy, still edible the following day.
You do need to like the flavour of bananas though!0 -
bumpedy bump bump... this sounds great0

1.5 Cups Oats
1 Cup Applesauce (I used cinnamon applesauce)
2 Bananas
1/3 Cup Raisins (I just used 2 1oz boxes)
Mash the bananas then mix all the ingredients. Cook @ 375 for 25-35 min. If you make 12 cookies they are 84 calories each, if you do 24 cookies they are 42 calories each.
I found these really good and if you like them warm just pop them in the microwave0 -
I also made the oatmeal and mashed banana cookies. I made mine smaller so they are only 33 calories a cookie. On half of them I used a knife to put a very thin layer of peanut butter while they were hot, when they cooled it looked like they were glazed and had a nice peanut butter punch. The other half I did with a bit of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. I thought they would be better with raisins instead of pumpkin pie spice. I did mine on parchment paper so no need for greasing the pan.0
