Hey Guys- I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to lose weight being on medications such as lamactial (not sure if i spelled that right) and abilify. Ive been on them and had gained some weight hence why I am on here. I'm getting frustrated because I lost 4lb and according to the scale, I gained it back. Any advise would be helpful.

    I don't know about Abilify, but I've lost nearly 70 lbs while taking Lamictal. It doesn't seem to have affected my metabolism as much as some others I've taken, though I do think it's made exercise more important. I hope it works for you!
