Stubborn Belly Fat!

I work out very often and am active throughout my daily routine. I stopped drinking soda a few years back and last year I stopped eating fast food and fried food. For some reason I just can't seem to get rid of the belly fat over my lower abs. I really need some advice on how I can go about getting rid of that before summer.

1.) calorie restricition
2.) HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
3.) Patience
Normally in us males, the lower abs are one of the most concentrated areas of body fat. You'll just have to continue to eat right and exercise. As you continue to lose body fat all over your body, you should eventually start to make progress on it. If your body fat loss "plateaus", you'll need to cut your caloric intake down more. You can continue to cut your caloric intake down further and further slowly as needed, just make sure you keep your protein intake high to avoid muscle loss. Expect the lower abs to be the last spot your body trys to cling to. I still have quite a bit of lower ab fat as well.
The interval training (or sprints) should help maximize the fat burning. Good luck, and again remember that most of us guys are on the same struggle!0 -
I appreciate that man. I'll definitely try that!0
