Remember to keep an eye on your measurements as well as just weight. You can lose fat and gain muscle keeping your weight the same but lose 'size'. Keep it up. Results don't happen straight away.

Measurements? I've lost 6 inches all over this week and put on 2lbs from water retention for healing muscles. The scale is a *****, do not trust it or respect what it has to say.

Looking at your diary, you seem to average below 1000 calories a day and if you figure in exercise calories you were burning last week, it was even lower. I'm not a nutritionist or a doctor, but you may benefit from researching what an optimal calorie level for your height/weight/activity level are . I'm sure you are going to get a lot of replies with various websites and charts to calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate) - the number of calories your body burns in a day at complete rest. This is my favorite: http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/how-to-lose-fat-without-losing-muscle/

But what I really want to say is that your picture is gorgeous. You look great! I really hope that you find the weight/fat loss formula that makes you feel as good as you look.

Remember previous threads when people have recommended you eat more? That still stands. You've also posted about waking up feeling too tired to workout. That's another good sign you should be eating more than 800-900 calories a day.

    Eat more.
Stay off the scale for a while, as it's clearly doing your head in.
Don't stop exercising - it's good for you and "worth it" regardless of weight loss.
Consider incorporating more resistance training into your routine (30DS is mostly cardio) - this will have more of an effect on the shape of your body than cardio alone.
Take measurements so you know whether you're imagining it or not when your tummy seems smaller.
    Eat more. :flowerforyou:
