Oh my gawd!! I've just made these and they are delicious !! I added 25g of dates and a pinch of cinnamon and mixed spice!!
They are amazing and so much more convenient for breakfast rather than eating a bowl full of oats!

I halved the recipe and cooked it in a ramekin. I ground up the oatmeal in my blender first as I doing care for the texture of oats. It turned out like a small cupcake. Very impressed

Kinda curious how the taste and texture would change if I add apples or apple sauce or yogurt to the batter. Time to go experiment

Oh these sound delicious. I will definitely need to try these. I also make a 2 ingredient cookie. Take a spice cake mix and a can of 100% pure pumpkin. Mix together and drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven until a little firm to the touch. About 10-15 minutes. They are delicious and was told this is a weight watchers recipe. They are like only 2 points or something like that.

You can essentially do this with any cake/filling mix. I recently did a chocolate cake mix with cherry pie filling. I through in some chocolate chips for good measure. It was the bomb.
