Super Bowl party recipes

Options
Okay, please post some awesome appetizers that I can make for my Super Bowl party. Everyone is bringing something to share, but I'm preparing several "healthier options" for people like me who are counting calories.

I'm already planning on doing a veggie tray.

I was thinking of making some mini-chicken tacos in wonton wrappers and then providing low calorie topping options.

But anything else you guys have to share with me, would be most appreciativie.

and well... GO RAVENS!!!!

I've been finding a lot of dip recipies on Pinterest that I can substitute low fat or fat free ingredients with. You might take a look there and see what you find. Or even try adding ranch dressing mix to greek yogurt and dipping vegies in that...yum!

I posted my recipe for "black bean dip Kramalicious" in the recipes. it's perfect for this!
I use a shallow corningware dish, a little bigger than a large pie plate so that it's about an inch deep. That way it's easier to dip into it.

I think I'm making this for a dessert. My husband's two favorite things are pineapple and cheesecake. :)

CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER DIP AND FRUIT SLICES
Take one 5.3-ounce container of nonfat Oikos Greek Vanilla yogurt.
Mix in two tbsp. peanut butter (I prefer crunchy), 1/2 tbsp. honey, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.
Serve with slices of apple, banana, and pear. Store unused portion in the fridge.
Makes four, two-tbsp. servings. Each serving contains 66 calories, 3.75 grams of fat, .5 grams of saturated fat, .75 grams of fiber, and 5.5 grams of protein.

I highly recommend shrimp salsa. If you search for "The Londoner shrimp salsa" in google (or whathaveyou), it takes to you a blog which has lots of low calorie but really delicious (and simple!) recipes.

Her shrimp salsa one is really easy. Prawns, coriander, tomatoes, onion, lime and chillis... In a chopper. It's AMAZING.
