Fired up in February! WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

Hi My name is Gary and I have held several successful and challenging weight loss challenges on MFP. Our last challenge we saw over 1100 people involved with nearly a ton of weight loss in a month! I promise to bring the burn if you promise to show up and do the work! I will post daily challenges which will be daily and weekly goals. (e.g. daily exercise, drink 100 oz of water, weekly challenge 500 crunches) If you determine you can do all 500 in a day have at it. The challenge is to get the 500 in above and beyond the workout. I will post two fitness levels of exercises so anyone can participate!
