Hi Folks:
It was recommended to me that I do a body cleanse/detox, I went to our local health food store and they recommended Renew Life Cleanse First Cleanse. Has anyone had experience with this product? If so, could you share any tips or tricks?
Thanks,
JP

Topics that are only relevant to a select group of people are better suited for MyFitnessPal Groups than our public message boards

I like to cleanse first and then cleanse again when I am done0

Cleanses/detoxes are all junk. Your organs do that job.0

Save your money. Cleanses are a ripoff, your body does the 'cleanse' naturally. That store saw you coming.0

^ This. You're discriminating against other cleanse products. Try Clorox.0 -
Twice in one day...cool.

To cleanse or not to cleanse? That is the question.
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of non-specific toxins
Or to take arms against a sea of imagined bowel obstructions
And by opposing, perforate one's colon. To juice; to detox;
No more; and by a detox to say we end
The pH and the balance of intestinal flora
That guts are heir to, 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be avoided. To juice; to detox;
To detox: perchance to puke: aye, there's the rub;
For in the pangs of indigestion what side-effects may come
When we go and leave our undies soiled.0 -

Good morning! Yes, they're a pretty bad idea. Here's some solid information:
