    Not everyone here is nice, not everyone here is mean, I personally don't want to live in a Utopian bubble where everyone offers platitudes all day long, but I understand if that works for you. I also don't want to only see threads making fun of all the newbies all day long and again I get it if that makes ya happy. Me, I like balance.

    This site works for me because it is like the real world, diverse. How about this, you do what you want, I will do what I want and let's all just agree to disagree? I would really be unhappy if this site became just like every other weight loss site. The diversity is what makes MFP great in my opinion.

    And yes, the irony is, I am perpetuating the problem too. I know :wink:
