NSV 30DS

3 people in the last week have asked me if I started losing weigh again!

I have not lost any since September. I'm on day 16 of the 30DS and I have not lost any weight and I only measured my waist. But I guess It's starting to show!!!!! Woo Hoo! Motivation to keep going!

    Today's my last day of level 2 and I'm getting awesome results I love 30DS awesome job to you too!:)))

    Awesome.. me too.. my weight has not budged (at least in the down direction!), but I'm definitely looking better. I'm just about to start level 3 - so happy level 2 is done!

    Great motivation to keep going!

    I am on Day 16 of 30DS, too, and am noticing a huge difference all over - and I am feeling so strong! Can't wait to take the "After" pics!

    I liked the 30 DS. I believe I did each level 10 days and I was able to do full pushups by the end of it.

    I did 8 days straight level one, took a day off to do a C25K, and plan on doing days 9 & 10 today and tomorrow.

    The scale hasn't budged, but the numbers on the tape measure are getting smaller around my waist.

    For level 2 people: The pushups I do are still modified...is that going to hurt me at all in level 2?

    I lost 10 1/2 inches doing 30DS. Loved it and like everyone else the scales kindof stoped but the inches really showed up. Im now doing 6 week 6 pack and loving it also. The weight will come off in time. I track all my calories every single day. Its a huge deal to track all food and drinks that pass those lips. Even if you not having a good day.

    Keep up the good work and you will continue to see results!!

    I finished today, I will weigh and measure tomorrow but I have definitely lost more inches than weight.

    I had the same effect with 30DS, lost inches but not weight!

    I'll take inches over weight, and I definitely notice a difference in my strength and it's carried over to more endurance in my runs. I've watched the scale go up 6, and now it's dropped by 2. I was hoping the shred would push me into Onederland. Oh, well, today is only day 6.

    Congrats!! Clearly the program is doing wonderful things for you! It's just so hard sometimes to see the changes in ourselves when they happen... That's why it's important to measure or take pictures and, as always, JUST KEEP MOVING! :smile:

    Can't wait to start 30DS on Monday and see what differences it'll make for yours truly... I'm a little wary of pushups and planks, but I'm also incredibly excited to build up my strength and endurance!

    Its mostly plank work but you can modify it some. I actually find it easier then regular push ups!
