Wednesday (1/30) daily challenge

I challenge you to complete a combo of 200 jumping jacks and 40 burpees (5 jumping jacks to 1 burpees) over the span of the day. You can break them up however you want. The goal is just to finish this up before midnight.

Start at a standing position, bend over put your hands right in front of your feet, jump your feet back so you are in a push up position, jump your feet forward to your hands, stand up. That's one. I'm sure you could google/ youtube it for a visual.0 -
