    Yikes! my core is screaming! my arms are burning! but I managed another 3 mins today. Grand total as of Wed ...:drinker: 9.5 mins.

    LOL! I took a break yesterday....deep in my abs was ridiculously sore. Plan to shoot for 3 more minutes tonight!

    My 3 month hiatus definitely killed my core strength. Not making it past 30 seconds. But over the summer I was over a minute. I guess I need more challenges!

    I'm thankful I've done Yoga for a long time but I don't usually hold a plank for that length of time. Thanks for the challenge Jadedone!:happy:
