What are the essential diet/fitness/motivational tools that have helped you lose weight?
Two of mine are my George Foreman grill because I never cooked chicken or fish before buying it and my big gallon water bottle that helps me to increase my hydration daily.

Falling out of my clothes rather than the number on the scale changing
...and finally (though I have now just sold it), my heart rate monitor was the best motivator for fitness I owned.0
