Cellulite on thighs and stomach?

I'm about 5'4 and weigh 134 lbs. I don't really look bad in clothes, but I have "ripples" on my thighs and on my lower stomach. It seems to be worse on the outside of my thighs.... I'm already counting calories. I have a bodymedia, so I try to shoot for a 500 cal deficit daily. Will this go away as I lose fat... or what? Open for suggestions. Thanks

It won't go away as you lose weight. I have a friend who is a 0/2, has never been heavy in her life but she still has celluite
  • That's comforting. =/ there's nothing you can do about it?

I have less cellulite now than I used to. I've been consistent with my diet (pretty much), consistent with cardio (pretty much), and I'm lifting as much as I can fit in. I think the combination of the three is reducing the cellulite. It is very slow work, but I do think it is better.

I haven't been able to change the appearance of my tummy, it;s shrunk a bit, but still lumpy bumpy, but I am finding cellulite is less noticeable above my knees now that I've built some quad muscle. It's still there if I pinch, but less noticeable when I'm standing up. Must be the increasingly harder lunges that I've been doing up to four times a week for almost a whole year. So maybe there is hope for the legs?

I've been at it since the first of October with healthy eating and exercising almost everyday and finally am starting to see visual results on my tummy. I think it's a long hard road but totally worth it. I also think maybe it's a bit harder for those of us over 40. Just keep your eyes on the goal and you'll get there.
