    Why not take it in 50lb increments after your 100 and make sure you have a good reward lined up for yourself on completion of each to spur you on?

    HOLY CRAP you look FANTASTIC!!! I was told to try smaller goals. Instead of concentrating on such a big number which can make it seem impossible try 10lbs at a time. Made me feel better and that I could acheive and feel success when I hit that mark. Dont give up, your success so far is amazing and should be your inspiration to keep going!!! :)
