I have recently finished the rest and recovery time for a couple surgeries and have started working out again. Between kettle bells, free weights and cardio it is moving nicely but would like other folks in case I need some tough love or support to keep at it.
If you are interested, I have had to start from scratch as both feet and my right wrist are what was operated on. I have not been able to do a great deal of strenuous work for almost a year and have kept my weight in check through watching what I eat. But now I want to advance again, rebuild the muscle and feel like a stud who is not afraid to shed the shirt.
I am primarily working with free weights, kettle bells and running. Always happy to share and try new ideas.
Lets hold each other accountable.
