Hey everyone,

With the Super Bowl coming up this Sunday, I was wondering what some of you were doing in terms of a healthy alternative for the Super Bowl?

I am having an Un-Superbowl Party (and watching movies). I am making chili and Rotel so indulging a little bit with the Rotel but my chili is pretty healthy. = )

Check out skinnytaste website and look through appetizers and they might even have a superbowl section.

It's one day, and it won't kill your diet.

That said, check out www.skinnytaste.com, or Google "healthy Superbowl snacks". A lot of food magazines/websites run a special "SuperBowl week" or whatever leading up to the day.

Stick to your guns, be good to yourself and try to enjoy the day, will ya? It comes around once a year!
