hi all i am a 47 year old woman with slightly raised cholesterol which i need to keep an eye on, only want to lose about 26lbs but up till now have found it very hard to motivate, but this app is brill, i can really keep an eye on my food intake and if (like today) i have something naughty i know i can work off the extra, if i get back from work early enough that is, i can have very long hours, but have joined a more local gym which seems to be helping... any tips and tricks gratefully received and if i can offer any encouragement or advise will be glad to do so xx
