Can you see a difference? Getting discouraged..

Hi everyone! So I've been working out and using MFP for the last 3 months and haven't really noticed much of a difference.
Recently started a healthier diet and took my measurements and pictures from last month till now and just wondering if there's even a difference? I'm really getting discouraged! :(
Please be honest I'm not fishing for compliments. Also if you have any suggestions please let me know!

fixed the pictures for you... your legs look a bit leaner - and, since it's only a month between pictures, i think it looks like whatever you're doing is working.

I think your hip bones are a tiny bit more visible, also your butt doesn't have like that little roll under it anymore, so it looks like you've gotten a little firmed overall. but it hasn't been too long, and you're not like really overweight so it might take a while to see a big difference. You could try upping your calories, or lowering, depending what you are at now. You could try switching to lifting as well.
  • thanks! still haven't figured out how to post pics :)

You did everything right for the pics, just can't have the caps on
  • I do see a difference! You look smaller all over! Nice work!

You don't want to lose weight really fast or it won't stay off! You definitely look different from the 3rd to 4th photo. A month's progress, that's incredible! Plus like above said, you are very thin anyway so weight is harder to lose xx

You are less "soft" all over and you are looking tighter and more firm all over. The soft belly is disappearing as well.
  • thanks for the encouragement everyone! Really appreciate it - I will keep on with my efforts :)
