    Anybody who has kids on here knows exactly how much weight they have ever lifted-- my oldest kid got too heavy for me to lift at about 55-60 lbs... THat is as much as I have ever lifted... and my best mile was a 7:28, when I was in high school-- which weare having our 20 year reunion this summer, so yup, I'm 38, 3 kids, never married. And I'm only looking to lose 15 lbs of "vanity weight". I'll motivate anybody, but can't work out right now due to injuries,so I'm just counting calories... No favorite healthy food, but my fave naughty food is chocolate!

    Fastest mile: This is slightly embarrassing but I don't think I have ever run a mile. I once entered the open mile at school and me and my best friend stayed at the back and skipped but I don't think that counts.
    Heaviest lift: I once went in a really big airport lift with room for like 20 people and their suitcases, so that was probably quite heavy.
    Favorite healthy food: watermelon, pineapple, cherries, poached eggs, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, I just really like fruit.
