    Well done you!! So do you have any tips for those of us just starting out?
    No matter how hard it seems to get stick with it. I had given up so many times in previous attempts but it's so worth the end result for all the struggles you face along the way. Also don't be afraid to treat yourself once in awhile just don't over do it and make the healthier choices as often as possible.
