Recipies for fruit smoothies that are good for breakfast

Anyone have any good ones that they would like to share? I want to try to get in as many fruits a day as I can!

    One of my favourites:

    Handful of strawberries
    Handful of blueberries
    Half a banana
    Vanilla yoghurt
    Half a cup of milk
    Cinnamon

    Blend!

    Just a note to add: Don't....ever....try a teaspoon of cinnamon by itself. Youtube it...you'll see for yourself! :laugh:

    I buy mixed unsweetened frozen fruit. I mix that with 1/2 cup of fat free plain yogurt, unsweetened juice, a banana and some splenda. That and two hard boiled eggs is my breakfast every morning.
  • I use one banana, 2 large handfulls of fresh spinach leaves, and throw in whatever other fruit I have - apple, strawberries, peach, kiwi - and then I add water until it's the consistency I want. LOVE!!!
