what sore of exercise do you do if you are sore?

I just started getting exercise in again by going for a run yesterday. Since it's been probably half a year since I got any real exercise my body is pretty sore today and I don't think I can do the same run as yesterday. I'd like to get in some cardio today so I was wondering what you guys do to get exercise when you're feeling really sore? Thanks!

  • Since youre sore from running and you want to do cardio you can just walk for 20-30 minutes if you want. It may seem boring but walking is sufficient enough cardio and will get blood flow to your sore muscles. Also always remember to stretch :)
