Hey
Just wondering if anyone knows about the afterburn effect, its where after specific exercises you still burn calories up to 48 hours. I'm not an expert on this but just wondering if anyone knew about it they could give some exercises that have an afterburn effect?
Cheers
Jay

Squats, deadlifts and HIIT training. Squats and deadlifts do have to be enough intensity for you, if its too light you wont get as big as a benefit but dont sacrifice form. I had my leg day two days ago and added deadlifts for the first time for that day, when i weighed in this morning i was down 1.6 pounds
(I'm trying to slow bulk) and I purposely overeat on these days to compensate for the after burn effect.
