Remember the guy in scary movie with the under developed arm.... thats me!
Started doing weight training and when working my arms my left arm stuggles with the 2nd set and in the 3rd set needs help from my right.
Should I reduce the weight to allow my weaker arm to build up (mabye do more repetitions) or do I persever with the heavier weights and make lefty catch up.
Id love to say im ifting crazy weights but I ain't.

Start with a low weight and work until the very last lift is a struggle. When you can do 3 sets of 25 reps or so, add a small amount of weight.0
