Greek chicken burgers with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce

Tried these for the first time last night. Sooooo good and great protein!

Greek Cucumber Burgers with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

1 ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (I used 2%)
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
Juice of one lemon
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBSP chopped fresh mint or 1 tsp of dried mint
¼ tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 lb extra lean ground chicken breast
3 ounces fat-free crumbled feta cheese (I used 25% reduced)
4 large kalamata olives, rinsed, patted dry and minced (I don’t like these so I skipped them!)
1 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp black pepper
1 egg
Mint leaves and mixed greens (optional)
1. For sauce, combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, ¾ of minced garlic, mint, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Combine chicken, feta, olives, oregano, black pepper and remaining garlic in bowl; mix well.
3. Beat egg in small bowl. Add to chicken mixture; mix well. Shape into four patties.
4. Spray grill pan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Grill patties 7 minutes per side or until cooked through (165F).
5. Top each burger with sauce. Garnish with mint and mixed greens.
