Too many to pick just one. Space Invaders, Pac Man series, Donkey Kong, and more.

the legend of zelda: ocarina of time
The legend of zelda: Majoras mask

I love Zelda - all Zelda games!
Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure and Alpha Centauri on the PC were pretty awesome.
Also, Aladdin for the Sega Genesis. I was obsessed with that game.
    Kirby's Dreamland for the Gameboy.
    Any Mario games...
And Soul Caliber for the Sega Dreamcast.

    Oregon Trail

Haha, this was the very first video game I played. Can't say I ever made it to Oregon, usually my people all died from typhoid, smallpox, or drowning after I tried to ford a river.

Oh wow, getting all fuzzy and nostalgic! To name a few, xenophobe for the Amiga, commander keen and the kyrandia series for pc, and iggys wrecking ball! Haha, and leisure suit Larry brings fond memories! Taught me some English and also how to spell when I was 3! My dad figured the way I played it couldn't do any harm.

My favorite old school video game? It was called Crystal Castles and I used to bike to the arcade to play it! (back in the 80s) At home, we had an Intellivision system (loved to play auto racing, tennis, and snafu on it!) :-)

WOW SO COOL to see a Crystal Castles fan! That was going to be one of my picks...
    1) All varieties of Pac Man
    2) Crystal Castles
    3) Dig Dug - (Digs & Pumps stuff & they explode))
    4) Donky Kong
    5) Centipede
    6) Qbert

This has been a GREAT diversion & get away and not-to-mention a stroll down memory lane...WOW!!

    Earthbound

Shame on me for forgetting that one. I loved Earthbound. Its sense of humor got me hooked. I wanted to falcon punch pokey into space.

(I could continue with the Metal Gear Solid series but those arent really "old school" and yes i am avoiding atari, as groundbreaking as it was, I still can't play a game for more than 5 minutes)
    Metal Gear Solid
    Metal Gear 2
    Metal Gear
    Warcraft.
    Diablo.
    FFVII
And the old Disney games for Sega Genesis. (Aladin - Lion King)

    Space invaders and Asteroids

Asteroids I could do somewhat well. Not great.
One of my high-school teachers really liked Space Invaders. He played it in the computer lab after school.

For anyone who remembers listening to Dr. Demento, he used to play a song called 'Space Invaders'.

Yep--Napoleon XIV's song was one of my faves. Weird Al also got his start from Dr. D.
