Sorry that I did not get the spreadsheet up this month. Congrats to everyone that stuck with it and saw a change! This was the first time in months that I reached my goal and I am so excited and feel on fire. I am sure that is how all of you feel.
I have a little free time this am so I will update the spreadsheet to show the most current weights but that is it. That way you can at least see what percentage of bw you lost.
I will also be posting the February challenge shortly. I will again limit the spots but this time to 100 so I can hopefully have the time to keep up with the spreadsheet. I will hold your spot if you have been ACTIVE for all of this challenge.0 -

I didn't make my goal, but I am very proud of myself anyway. This was a rough month for me. I had a few days when I just didn't feel like exercising, but I have really been on point this past week. Total lost 8.10 -

I didn't reach my goal but I still lost 4.4 lbs! Very proud and will attempt it again in February!
