Hi i am 37 female who just started on my journey of good health and am on my 3rd week of circuit training up to 5 days a week this week.I have a sore knee any tips.It is an old injury from when i was a teen man it hurts.Thank you and feel free to add me.

I used to have some issues with my knees and it always helped me to alternate heat and ice on them when they were hurting. I also used to tape them. Also, since you said you've been doing circuit training...are you making sure that when you're doing squats and lunges that your knees aren't extending over your toes? That can worsen your issue.
