How much thunder are you packing in your thighs?

My thighs are definitely my biggest trouble area. I'd love to hear from others who had or still have the same trouble area and know what works for you! What exercises do you do? How do you focus on slimming down your thighs? Of course I focus on the rest of my body too, but just looking for specific suggestions today :)

All suggestions are welcomed!

    I carry all of my extra weight (when I have extra weight) in my thighs and hips. I lost about 3-4" from my thighs and 2" from my hips from doing strength training, like lunges, squats, deadlifts, step ups, with heavy weights that get my heart pumping, and a good diet (obviously the diet being #1 importance). I truly reshaped my body...there was a time where I lost all of my weight initially by just cardio and diet, but I was just a smaller version of myself...it took the lifting to help shape the jiggly thighs and hips.

    I don't hold it there, I hold it in my midsection but I am finding my diet is helping big time.

    Cardio also!
