    You're going to laugh - however I LOVE POLKA music when I am on the elliptical! It's got an awesome beat, makes me shoulder shimmey and I smile the entire time.

    I grew up with it and love to dance to it so it works for me :) I just can't help but be happy when I hear it!

    LOVE IT! I should do that! I've been listening to Blues (not the really depressive ones) and Mexican (Gypsy Kings) for my workouts lately

    I don't listen to it when I lift as it'd be too distracting. But sometimes if I'm doing the treadmill I can't help but hop a little to the beat. I am sure I look very funny, but goll darnit I have fun! :)

    It's kind of long but the beat changes from faster to slower and louder-quieter multiple times in the song. That's why i dig it so much.
    Try not to look at the band too much - it's industrial music so.. yeah...
